Located in La Clusaz, this traditional 120 sqm mountain chalet accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. You will find one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, another with a double bed and attached dressing area, a third with a double bed and wardrobe, plus 2 connecting attic bedrooms accessible by ladder featuring 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The chalet includes a fully equipped private kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, programmable pyrolysis oven, microwave, and raclette and fondue equipment. Amenities include WiFi, TV, washing machine, dryer, baby bed, highchair, fireplace, and a dedicated workspace in the 16 sqm mezzanine area overlooking the living space.



Step outside to your private 70 sqm south-facing terrace and balcony offering beautiful views of the Etale mountain range. You can also enjoy the shared covered terrace, shared garden, and shared grill for outdoor meals.



Parking accommodates 3 to 4 vehicles on-site. Pets are accepted with prior agreement and strict rules must be respected. Events are not allowed. Shared storage is available for bicycles and ski equipment.



The chalet is situated near the Combe des Juments chairlift with ski-in/ski-out access, 100m from Transval, 300m from Télémix de l'Etale, and 50m from a shuttle stop providing regular service throughout the Aravis area. The property features traditional mountain chalet ambiance with fireplace, old wood, and antique furniture. Bed linens and household linens are provided upon arrival.
