Villa Casa do Outeiro is a rustic property dating from 1823, completely refurbished and modernized in 2023, with further updates in 2025, including an outdoor leisure area with a 5x3 meter swimming pool and a wood-burning stove for guests to use in the kitchen area. The villa is located approximately 9.9 km from the local airport, 8.8 km from the nearest beach, and 6.2 km from the nearest hypermarket.



This walled, fully independent property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with an ancestral fireplace and smokehouse, a dining room, a living room, an audiovisual room with a two-seater sofa bed, a snooker room, a cobbled patio with a picnic table and grill, and a threshing floor with a garden table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Bathrooms are fitted with electric towel rails and hairdryers.



Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and dining room. Free internet access is provided, with speeds of up to 1000 Mbps via WiFi 6 or RJ45 sockets, and USB chargers are available in every room. The villa is equipped with two flat-screen TVs (55-inch and 65-inch) with complimentary access to several popular streaming channels.



A small village mini-market is located just 60 meters away, offering basic provisions and traditional products. The property is ideal for a quiet family vacation, and is completely independent.



Parties are not permitted, and only guests specified in the reservation may occupy the property. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and guests are expected to respect good neighborly conduct, especially regarding quiet hours. Please note that pedestrian access is via uneven cobbled paths.
