Quiet while being in the heart of the city, the house is a few minutes walk from all amenities (market, pharmacy, bakery, bars and restaurants, newspaper office, grocery store etc. ...).

Ground floor fitted out to facilitate the access PMR (broad openings, 1 double room with sdd in rez of road)

3 bathrooms, with toilets, a laundry room, a storeroom, 2 independent toilets.

The garden is at the back of the house, closed, with awning and furniture, composter

Close to the lake and the beaches, the place is ideal to go for a bike ride in the forest, to enjoy the beach (10 min by car) or the lake (10 minutes by foot), to play golf (10 minutes)



An expressway will bring you quickly to Dax, Bayonne, Biarritz, the Basque Country and Spain



Near the seaside tourist spots, Soustons keeps the charm of a small family and calm city.

Many sports and cultural activities are proposed, and the local craft industry is very present in the surroundings.

A person will welcome you to facilitate your arrival and answer all your questions



Mandatory cleaning to be paid on arrival to the person in charge of the house.

The house must be returned tidy (furniture put back in place, dishes clean and tidy, refrigerator emptied, garbage taken out)



For the safety and comfort of all, we ask you to respect the departure and arrival times, in order to allow time for the necessary cleaning and disinfection



Linen (sheets and towels) is provided: 1 large towel per adult, 1 small towel per child, and washcloths on request

In order to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, parties and soirées are not authorized

The interior is non-smoking

Due to excessive abuse and damage, youth groups are no longer accepted

No pets allowed



We do our best to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
