The 64 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, and accommodates 4 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and heating. The apartment features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony. Public transport is within walking distance. The accommodation is 100 m from the Hofschank Dillerhof, 5 km from the town of Klausen (Chiusa), 5 km from the village of Lajen (Laion), 30 km from Bolzano (Bozen), and 15 km from the Seiser Alm ski area. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street, and a garage parking space is also provided. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles as well as a ski depot. Pets are not allowed.
