The 100 square meter and bright vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential area. You can set off directly from the front door for hiking, cycling or cross-country skiing. Ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the ground floor (accessible via 3 steps) with access to a large terrace, which is furnished with beautiful patio furniture. A beautiful conservatory is attached, where you can spend cooler summer evenings. The large eat-in kitchen is equipped with all basic groceries (coffee, filter papers, tea, spices, vinegar, oil, flour, sugar, etc.) and many kitchen utensils. All you have to do is bring the fresh food with you and you can cook your favorite meal immediately. The spacious dining and living room is lovingly decorated. The bedroom is furnished with a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The bathroom has 2 separate washbasins, a bathtub and a shower. Of course, bed linen and towels are also included. In another room you can relax, read or work at a desk.

Free WLAN is also available. There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house. You can also charge your e-bikes. Ulm - with the highest church tower in the world - is approx. 22 km away. Stuttgart Airport and the Stuttgart Trade Fair Center are approx. 64 km away. Thanks to the highway and train connection to Merklingen, you can cover the distance in approx. 35 minutes. The apartment is therefore also ideal for your trade fair stay. The Blaubeuren conference center is approx. 3 km away.
