Lovely villa for up to 8 people located in lush surroundings on the outskirts of the village of Montauroux. Montauroux is a small, charming medieval village in the eastern part of the Var department on the border of Alpes-Maritimes. The village is beautifully situated at an altitude of 368 meters and is one of the so-called "villages perchés", floating villages. Montauroux is beautifully situated surrounded by the Estérel Mountains, the large bathing lake Lac de St-Cassien, the Massif du Tanneron and the Vallée de la Haute Siagne. Great opportunities for excursions to cities such as Grasse, Cannes, Nice and Fayence, and the lovely beaches of the Mediterranean by Fréjus are just 28 km away. Tennis and golf nearby.

The villa is located on a 3500 m2 large plot with lawn and lots of trees. Climbing frame with slide for the youngest children (no swings). In front of the house is the large terrace, which is partially covered, with dining area and sun loungers. From here the most beautiful view over the green-clad mountainous landscape. Below the house is the lovely pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pergola.
