The 160 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with an American fridge and a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. There is also a Petanque area for guests to enjoy a game.
