Welcome to Casa Montelado, a villa nestled in the prestigious neighborhood of Las Lomas de Mijas in the picturesque village of Mijas, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This villa has been beautifully redecorated and refurnished, offering an idyllic setting for a truly relaxing holiday. It is thoughtfully designed to cater to families, ensuring comfort and enjoyment. The villa spans 400 m² over two levels on a 1,000 m² plot. The renowned Mijas Pueblo is just a 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk away. The beach, golf club, and many attractions are also a short drive away. The spacious entrance leads to the living and dining rooms, each with a terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The villa features four bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have direct access to a large terrace with stunning coastline views.



Amenities include a cot, high chair, golf clubs, BBQ, books, board games, table tennis, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with cable, beach and pool towels, modern air conditioning and security systems, sunbeds, parasols, and a lovely pool surrounded by landscaped gardens. The pool can be heated for an extra fee. There is ample parking in the garage and on the gated driveway. Pets, smoking, and loud events are not permitted. Access to the villa involves steps either down to the front door or up from the garage to the living area. Please note that governmental water regulations may be in place during your visit, which could impact pool use, garden watering, or tap water usage.
