The country house "Casa Xyla-sunset view villa" in Melissaki offers panoramic views of the Aegean. This beautiful and comfortable 75 sqm property consists of outdoor areas, a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet, and an outdoor shower. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has two parking spaces, and is very close to the beach.



The accommodation features air conditioning (one unit in the main bedroom and another in the living room/kitchen, sufficient for all rooms of the main house). Additionally, there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the outdoor living area. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, fan, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and coffee makers for filter coffee, Italian espresso, and capsules.



You have a comfortable and well-equipped private outdoor area with a garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue (under conditions), energy-saving lighting, and waste separation instructions. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. Indoor access is step-free for your convenience. Families with children are welcome, and a baby cot is available.



Tap water is not drinkable and can only be used for washing or cooking. For drinking, please use bottled water only. You are asked to use water responsibly and to respect privacy rules during your stay.
