About This Property
The Majorcan vacation home is centrally located in close proximity to the sea (2 minutes walk) and to the beach Son Moll about 5 minutes walk in Cala Ratjada, in a quiet residential area. The village center of Cala Ratjada is also within walking distance.
The freshly modernized, 110sqm large vacation home leaves hardly anything to be desired.
It invites with its 2 beautiful covered sun terraces to make yourself comfortable at will. The smaller terrace is located to the east side, so that you can find a cooler place to relax even at higher temperatures. It is situated on a well-kept lawn, bordered/surrounded by Mediterranean plants. If you like it more sporty, right next to it table tennis table and basketball hoop invite you to a match.
The large terrace is practically accessible via the living room and kitchen. Directly next to the terrace is the 8 x 4m and approx. 1.30m - approx. 1.80m deep salt water pool, which of course invites you to a relaxing refreshment.
Sun loungers and parasol are available for extensive sunbathing or relaxing under the old olive tree.
How about a culinary BBQ in the evening in your own outdoor kitchen on gas stove, in the wood oven or on the high-quality mobile gas grill? The deliciously prepared meals can then be enjoyed at the beautiful large dining table on the covered terrace with a glass of vino.
On the first floor of the vacation home is the living room with a cozy spacious sofa / couch set and typical Mallorcan rocking chairs.
The pretty dining table with its comfortable chairs, invites even in cooler temperatures to a cozy chat. The modern fully equipped kitchen offers another small dining area.
The house offers a double bedroom and an adjoining bathroom. A bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be placed together or separately, depending on your preference.
The third room can be used either as a home office or as an additional bedroom. Here hides a murphy bed (160 x 200cm), which again provides space for 2 additional people. The room can be closed by a sliding door from the dining room.
The last two rooms share the 2nd bathroom.
Golf lovers will find 3 completely different and attractive golf courses within 11km of Cala Ratjada.
