Located in Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home "Chalet Fuente1 Shared Pool Family" offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, air conditioning in the common areas, and a washing machine. A cot and a high chair are also available for families with small children.



The house features a private outdoor area with an open terrace and barbecue, as well as a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome, and a maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted.



The pool will be closed during the low season months (from November to February, inclusive).



The property is equipped with energy-saving lighting. Please note that during your stay, there may be government regulations regarding water usage, which could affect the availability of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit the use of tap water.
