- kitchen: well equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee maker
- utility room: washer/dryer (away from the living area where it can not be heard)
- living rooms: leather sofa (double-sleeper couch), 42" plasma TV with DVD, iPod dock and digital TV, dim-lighting
- balcony: large private balcony with a table, four chairs, two  loungers.
