The studio apartment "Santa Clara", located in Torremolinos, offers you beautiful sea views. This 40 m² apartment consists of a living/sleeping area (with a double bed and a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people. The accommodation provides Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a capsule coffee maker. A cot and high chair are also available (for an extra fee).



You have a private covered terrace. There is also a shared outdoor area with an adult pool and a children's pool (open from June 1st to September 20th), a pool bar, garden, outdoor shower, and tennis court. Direct access to the beach is also provided.



Nearby, you will find Parque de La Batería and Aqualand (15 minutes from the property). Bike and scooter rentals are 3 minutes away, and public transport connections are within walking distance.



A parking space is available on the property and free street parking is also offered. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours during your stay (no noise from midnight to 8 am). The building has an elevator and the property features energy-saving lighting.
