The holiday home "Casa Josisa - Families Only" is located in Conil and is perfect for enjoying a unique vacation with your loved ones. The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, air conditioning, and a washing machine.



The accommodation stands out for its private outdoor area, which features a fenced pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Public transport links are within walking distance. The pool will not be available until April 25, 2025. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property.



Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted. Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water at the time of your visit, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.



A security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be fully refunded if the house is left in good condition, without excess pet hair, no garbage or food remains, and everything in order. Otherwise, part of the deposit may be withheld depending on the cleanliness of the house.
