The holiday home, built in 2021, is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture.

Ližnjan. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 2.50 m x 4.20 m 1.40 m deep).

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 400 m. Ližnjan: pharmacy 500 m and doctor 700 m. Train station, airport each 12 km in Pula. Main road 500 m. In summer: Swimming opportunity 500 m in Ližnjan (beach 500 m in Ližnjan with pebbles and stones).

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (30 l, freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, access to the balcony (3 sqm) and with sea view. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
