Holiday with family or friends as it should be: 130m to the beach, 10 minute walk into the center of the island to shop and enjoy.

The house is not to step on the feet with up to 5 people on two floors plenty of room.
On the ground floor is the large, south-facing living and dining area. From here you can directly onto the terrace and into the garden, or relax in a beach chair. A cozy sitting area with TV and DVD offer evening relaxation. For eating and playing invites the generous table. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet and kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (2 and 3 beds) and a bathroom with shower.


In the summer in a bathing suit to the beach: Almost unimaginable, but much more than a swimsuit and a towel you need not take out of the house because the beach begins just at 130 meters. Eat, freshen up, about cool drink? The public toilets are further away than this cottage on some beaches!
There is also no problem to let the kids go to the beach after breakfast and drink as a parent at rest nor the coffee and reading the newspaper - or simply nothing to do.
We have our hearts in this house and we are sure they will love it too!

The rest is a detached house - centrally!: Noisy neighbors behind the bedroom wall? Unrest in the apartment above one? Nap with children in a 1 1/2 room apartment? Here no problem: 80 square meters on two floors, a large living and dining room, a large terrace, a garden, a real kitchen - in fact you need not go away so beautiful it is. And when it comes out, all directions are open to a 'shopping' or 'chill' - everything is possible, because not only the beach is just around the corner, but also the city is only slightly further.

Endless running trails will encourage sports enthusiasts to think again in located in the beautiful air and the impressive panorama. But many other sports are available: horse riding, kite surfing, tennis, golf, windsurfing, mini golf, bowling, billiards ...
