Located in Lisciano Niccone, the holiday apartment 'Pugnano Alto- Girasole' offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Situated on the first floor of the property and featuring a beautiful view over the valley, the accommodation is about 100 m². Bright and welcoming, it consists of a spacious living room, a well-equipped and functional kitchen, three bedrooms (two doubles and two singles), and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fan, and a washing machine in the laundry area. For your entertainment, there is also a ping pong table. A cot is available for an extra fee, while a high chair is provided free of charge.



The apartment features a private outdoor area furnished with garden furniture. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area that includes a pool (open from early May to mid-September, depending on weather conditions), garden, barbecue, playground, and free parking.



The property is 3 km from the center of Lisciano Niccone, 20 km from Lake Trasimeno, and 15 km from Umbertide. We recommend exploring the surroundings by bicycle. A parking space is available.
