The holiday apartment "Pugnano Alto - Tartufo" is located in Lisciano Niccone and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 75 m² property is spread over two floors: upon entering, you will find a well-equipped and functional kitchen with dishwasher, followed by a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds; the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine in the laundry area. A ping pong table is also available. A cot and high chair can be provided on request, both available for an extra fee.



The apartment features a private, covered, and well-equipped veranda. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area that includes a pool (open from early May to mid-September), a garden, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower.



The property is 3 km from the center of Lisciano Niccone, 18 km from Umbertide, and 20 km from Lake Trasimeno. The surrounding area can also be explored by bicycle.



Parking is available. Families with children are welcome. There is an on-site charging station for electric vehicles, shared with other apartments. One pet is allowed for an extra fee.
