Casa García is a very well kept and quite house wich offers a perfect place for family vacations. Both, the inside and the outside of the house are carefully equipped: a big pool (4,5 x 8m), a well kept garden, a covered barbeque area. Here, everyone can find his place to have the perfect holidays.
Details:
3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90 cm) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (0.90 x 1.90 cm). There is also a extra bed (on request) avialable for a 7th person.
1 fully equipped bathroom inside the house, 1 second bathroom is located next to the pool.
living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, tv with Spanish programs, tv with international programs via satellite and free internet via wifi (on request)
kitchen with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and other necessary kitchen utensils. Barbecue covered picnic area next to the pool, with table and chairs
The pool is fenced. The surface of the house is about 110 m. and the plot is about 800 m. On the plot there are several fruit trees - guests can serve themselves, when the fruit is ripe. There are several loungers available
On the plot there is secure parking for at least 2 cars available. A good restaurant, the pizzeria 'El Caserío' is only about 500 m from the house.
