The apartment is located only approx. 10 m from the concreted bathing plateaus, which are perfectly suited for swimming, sunbathing or for a refreshing jump into the sea. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are within a few minutes' walk, as are doctors, pharmacies and other important facilities.



For active holidaymakers and explorers, the surrounding area offers numerous opportunities: diving, snorkelling, sailing or boat trips on the Adriatic as well as hikes and excursions to nearby nature parks and attractions. A courtyard and garden area is available for shared use, and a parking space is directly located at the property. Barbecue facilities can be used by arrangement. The landlords live in the house and are happy to be available for questions or special requests.
