This new apartment is located just about 30 metres from the beach and offers space for up to 6 people on 60 m². It has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds as well as a bathroom with a shower. In the living area, there is a sofa bed for two additional people.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, double sink, electric cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. A dining table for 6 people, SAT-TV, WiFi and air conditioning complete the comfort.



The covered terrace (10 m²) is south-facing, offers sea views and direct access to the garden. Table and chairs, clothes horse and beach loungers are available. The communal washing machine can be used by arrangement. Pets are allowed (max. 2).



The accommodation is located in a quiet, idyllic setting, ideal for families, couples or groups. A shared barbecue, sun loungers, parking and a boat mooring on request are available. Fresh bread is delivered daily, and there is also fruit, vegetables and fresh fish. Meals can be ordered from the host upon request.



Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. The surroundings are ideal for cycling, mountain sports and water sports activities such as snorkelling, sailing, jet skiing or kayaking.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet, kitchen towels and the tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for pets, use of the washing machine and the boat mooring.
