Apartment

This new apartment is located just around 30 metres from the beach and offers space for up to 6 people on 60 m². It has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds as well as a bathroom with a shower. In the living area, there is a sofa bed for two additional people.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, double sink, electric cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. A dining table for 6 people, SAT-TV, WiFi and air conditioning provide additional comfort.



The covered terrace (10 m²) is oriented towards the south, offers sea views and direct access to the garden. Table and chairs as well as a clothes horse are available. Separate sun loungers are provided at the beach for each apartment. Pets are allowed (maximum 2). The communal washing machine can be used by arrangement.



The host welcomes you with a welcome drink and prepares meals upon request. Fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, and fish are offered daily.



The environment is quiet and idyllic, ideal for families, couples or groups. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are within walking distance. Activities such as cycling, hiking, mountain biking as well as water sports, snorkelling, sailing or kayaking are possible nearby.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet, kitchen towels, and the tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for pets, use of the washing machine, and the boat mooring.
