This modern holiday apartment of 45 m² offers comfortable space for up to 4 guests and is ideal for families or small groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the Dalmatian coast. The accommodation has two cosy bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy sea views and spend relaxed hours outdoors.



The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware and crockery. The dining area offers space for five people, and an auxiliary bed can be used if needed. In the living area, SAT-TV, air conditioning and a DVD player are available. Bed linen and towels are included, so you can start your holiday directly without any effort.



The apartment is located just 150 m from the sea, where pebble beaches and concrete plateaus invite swimming, sunbathing and water sports. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and bus stops are within a few minutes' walk, while the airport is about 10 km away. A private parking space is available on the property, and the use of the grill is possible by arrangement, additional fees may apply.



The holiday complex offers a total of six luxurious apartments, a hydromassage pool ensures refreshing cooling on hot days. In the surrounding area, numerous leisure activities await: sailing, pedal boating, diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, beach volleyball, tennis, kayaking, hiking as well as wine and olive tastings.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, WiFi and the local tourist tax for adults and teenagers. No deposit is required.
