The apartment features a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a compact, fully equipped kitchenette with dining area. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy sea views and end the day with breakfast or dinner outdoors.



The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware and crockery. The dining area offers space for three people, and an auxiliary bed is available if needed. In the living area, air conditioning, SAT-TV and DVD player provide comfort and entertainment. Bed linen and towels are included.



The holiday apartment is located just 150 m from the sea, where pebble beaches and concrete plateaus invite swimming, sunbathing or various water sports. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and public transport are within walking distance, while the airport is about 10 km away. A private parking space is available directly at the property, and the use of the grill is possible by arrangement, additional fees may apply.



The facility comprises a total of six luxurious apartments and a hydromassage pool that provides cooling and relaxation on hot summer days. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as sailing, diving, jet skiing, kayaking, beach volleyball, hiking, or wine tasting.
