It has two bedrooms: a double room (160 x 200 cm) and a room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), both air-conditioned. A baby bed is possible upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and washing machine.



The combined living and dining area is modernly furnished with SAT-TV, air conditioning, sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), sideboard and dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes and cutlery.



The 24 m² large, partially covered terrace offers sea view, dining table for 4 persons and two sun loungers. Additional amenities include separate access, bed linen, towels and electronic anti-mosquito devices. Parking facilities are available directly at the property. Pets are not allowed.
