The property features two cosy bedrooms with a total of four beds - including a double bed, a sofa bed, and two single beds. This ensures a comfortable sleeping arrangement for every guest. The two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a toilet - provide ample privacy and comfort.



The fully equipped kitchen with a stove invites communal cooking. It is completely furnished with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Everything a cooking enthusiast could desire is available!



Highlights of the accommodation include the spacious terrace with a hot tub and convenient parking directly at the building. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, and WiFi is naturally available.



The location is stunning: Only 100 metres from the beach, 200 metres from the city centre and supermarket, and with a bus stop in immediate proximity. The airport is approximately 5 km away.



Please note that pets are not allowed. The accommodation is particularly suitable for families with children and youth groups.
