Spend unforgettable holiday days in this bright and spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor of a quiet holiday home in Medulin. The 55 m² accommodation offers space for up to five people and features two cosy bedrooms with double beds, a modern equipped bathroom, a fully equipped living kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, SAT-TV and air conditioning, as well as a comfortable sofa bed.



The 20 m² private terrace invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun or to relax in the afternoon. Sun loungers and a parasol are also available. Pets are welcome, although a small additional charge may apply. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The apartment is located only about 2 km from the nearest beach, where you can expect sandy and pebble beaches. Shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafés are accessible within a few minutes. On the large, fenced property, you can enjoy the courtyard and garden use or use the barbecue area for sociable evenings. A large private pool will be completed by summer 2024 and offers a ground-level, beach-like access.
