This spacious holiday apartment in a quiet residential area is ideal for families or small groups who want to enjoy a relaxed beach holiday. The accommodation is located on the first floor and offers space for up to five people.



The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables and mirror, the second with two single beds (90x200 cm) and wardrobe. In the living area, a sofa bed (140x200 cm) is available.



The open kitchen with dining and living area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, microwave, sink, extractor hood, filter coffee machine and kettle. A dining table for five people, SAT-TV (LCD), coffee table and air conditioning (cooling/heating) complete the living comfort.



The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and window. Bed linen and towels are included.



A balcony with a south-facing orientation offers a sea view, is covered and equipped with a table and chairs for up to four people. Parking facilities are available directly at the property. Smoking is not permitted, pets are not allowed.



The beach on concrete plateaus is located only 50 m away, while supermarkets, restaurants and the town centre are accessible within 1.4–1.6 km. Numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, sailing, cycling, beach volleyball, tennis or mini golf are possible in the surrounding area.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, bedding, towels, registration and deregistration fees, as well as tourist tax for children and adults.
