On 30 m² you will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with shower and WC as well as a cosy living area with sofa bed, SAT-TV and air conditioning. The practical kitchenette is fully equipped – from electric cooker and microwave to kettle, toaster and cooking utensils – and invites you to prepare your own meals.



The private balcony with sea view and table with chairs is perfect for starting the day with breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset. A baby cot is available upon request.



Just 70 metres from the nearest gravel beach, enjoy short distances to restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre. The complex features a pool, garden areas with parasols and loungers as well as a car park directly on site. Some additional services, such as final cleaning or a baby bed, can be used for an extra charge.
