The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, sink, extractor hood, kettle, cookware and cutlery. The open dining and living area is furnished with a dining table, SAT-TV, air conditioning, sideboard and sofa bed.



The apartment has a covered southwest-facing balcony with sea view, accessible from the living room, equipped with a table and chairs.



Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a parking space at the property are available. Pets are not allowed, smoking is permitted. A baby bed can be provided upon request.
