The apartment is ideal for couples, small families or holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet who want to enjoy a relaxing stay close to the sea. On around 36 m², a well-equipped apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom, an open living area with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen awaits you.



The balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea — perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. Sun beds, a table, chairs and a drying rack are available here.



The equipment includes WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle and filter coffee maker. In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed ensures a restful night's sleep, while the living room with sofa bed can accommodate two more people.



The garden area around the house is welcome to be shared — ideal for relaxing or for convivial barbecues (use of the grill is possible by arrangement). A private parking space is located directly at the property.



The location of the apartment is ideal for beach vacationers and active holidaymakers alike.
