This holiday apartment is located in a traditional Dalmatian stone house in Omiš, just about 100 metres from the sandy beach and the city centre. From the terrace, you can enjoy a partial sea view and experience the bustling city life and the tranquillity of the surroundings at the same time. The house offers a total of ten apartments, each with a spacious terrace or loggia and a view of the sea and the surrounding islands.



The 50 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for up to 5 people. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living and dining area with a sofa bed. The 20 m² terrace is privately usable and equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxed evenings.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, electric cooker with 4 hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as cookware, crockery and cutlery. The living area has SAT-TV, sofa bed, air conditioning and dining table.



In the bedroom, there are double beds, a baby bed (upon request), wardrobes, and bedside tables available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, and private washing machine.



Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are available. Pets are welcome (for an additional charge), a parking space at the property is available. The garden can also be used.



The central location enables numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, rafting on the Cetina, diving, snorkelling, beach volleyball, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and canoeing or excursions to nearby nature parks. Cafés, restaurants and the old town of Omiš are also conveniently accessible.
