This charming guest room is located in an idyllic estate directly by the sea, approximately 2.5 km north of the old town of Rovinj. The room accommodates up to three people and is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk, LCD-SAT-TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. From the furnished south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. The modern bathroom with shower is en suite, and a shared refrigerator is available on the floor.



The estate has a beautiful garden and a terrace where breakfast can be served optionally. Private parking spaces are available to guests free of charge. A small pet up to 10 kg is welcome for an additional fee.



In the surrounding area, you can expect rocky and gravel beaches, water sports opportunities, cycling tours, hikes, boat trips, and numerous leisure activities such as snorkelling, kayaking, tennis, or golf. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the city centre are conveniently within walking distance, with the airport located approximately 40 km away.



Included in the price are end cleaning, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, additional bed for toddlers, registration and deregistration fee. Additional costs are incurred for pets and breakfast.
