This property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for 2 people each, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite TV with streaming services (international Dutch TV channels available), air conditioning throughout the property, a washing machine, a table tennis table, a game of darts as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are available and gym equipment is also provided for your enjoyment.

Please note that there are stairs to enter the property.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a shared year-round heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a healthy meal for your loved ones! Please note that the pool is not fenced.

The property is just 300 m from the beach. There are many bars, restaurants, and chiringuitos in the area. Málaga can be reached by car within 15 minutes.

Free parking is available on the street.

One pet is allowed for a fee.

No noise is permitted between midnight and 8 am.
