Large flat of 100 sq m on the ground floor of the house, with French windows facing towards south, east and north. The garden is shaded by chestnut trees and overlooks the shared swimming pool. Furthermore, it has 2 private gazebos, complete with curtains and drapes providing a very pleasant outdoor relaxing space, and barbecue for your al fresco dining.
The south facing entrance presents no architectural barriers and the bathroom is equipped for the disabled. From the garden one enters a large living room with two Sat-TVs and two sofas that can become two double or four single beds. There are two fully equipped (gas oven and burners, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine) cooking areas, a table for 10 people and a fireplace.
There are two bedrooms each with a double and a single bed and cot. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very well furnished and has central heating, Wi-Fi, hair dryers, mosquito screens.
The fenced garden provides also an ample parking space.

This holiday apartment is situated in a beautiful villa, ideal for a relaxing holiday, at 800 meters from Sassetta, a remarkable medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast at just 12 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto. On top of a small hill, only 500 m above sea level, the accommodation is located in a villa with 3 other lodging. All apartments have been recently renovated to a very high standard, in harmony with the surroundings

The villa is surrounded by a chestnut wood park of 2000 sqm and has a Swimming pool (12x6, open middle May-Sept) on premises.
It is in an excellent location for discovering some of the many medieval Tuscan villages in the surroundings, such as Bolgheri, famous for the Sassicaia Wine, and Massa Marittima, or for visiting the ancient Etruscan necropolis of Populonia at 25 km.

In Marina di Castagneto our guests also have at disposal our private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and beach with facilities deckchairs, sun umbrellas, dressing room, bathroom, and potable water.

Included gas, water, electricity, bedlinen, towels and kitchen linen, final cleaning, internet wi fi. Damage deposit €200, heating € 4.00/h. Pet allowed on req (pls specify type and size). NO SMOKING
Tourist tax € 1,50 / person / day only from 12 years.
MANDATORY DOOR TO DOOR WASTE COLLECTION: in case of accumulation of waste at Check-out, a fee will be deducted from the deposit.
