On the first floor, 100 sqm, It consists of a large living room with sofa and a fireplace, sofa, kitch-enette, dining areas and SAT-TV, three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The flat has heating, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi service. A gazebo is at guests' disposal.

This lovely farmhouse is located at walking distance (just 8 min) from the charming medieval village of Lari, whose castle dominates the hills between Pisa and Volterra.

On the premises is also a restaurant, which serves traditional Tuscan dishes, which can be enjoyed sitting underneath the pergola. In the garden a swimming pool (14x7 m, open May-Oct) offers the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunshine or the shade of the gazebo.

The farmhouse is surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees, and consists of two buildings, each with 4 apartments, all tastefully furnished in the typical Tuscan style. Equipped with all modern comforts, these cosy apartments are independent and have private outdoor areas overlooking the luxuriant setting.
At guests' disposal, also barbecue (on request), internet Wi-Fi connection, bicycles, tastings and cooking classes.
