The windows are protected from view by pleated blinds.
The bedroom in the basement offers peaceful nights for 2 people with a TV and a double bed (180 × 200 cm).
The bathroom is also located in the basement and features a floor-level shower and an infrared sauna.
The comfortable sofa (140 × 200 cm) in the open-plan living and dining area offers additional sleeping space for one child.
One of the highlights is the fully furnished roof terrace with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea.
Here you can enjoy sunny breakfasts or balmy summer evenings at the electric barbecue.
There is a private parking space for you directly in front of the house.
Outside of the school holidays in Schleswig-Holstein, renovation work is currently being carried out on the sewer system in the surrounding streets. We cannot rule out the possibility that this may cause noise pollution. Prices have been reduced accordingly.
