In L'Escala, the holiday apartment "Can Lopits" boasts an excellent location close to the beach. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine.

The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.

The area has a lot to offer, including the Barques beach, the Empúries ruins as well as several restaurants including El Gotim, Cal Galan and La Taverna de la Sal.

Pets are not allowed and there is no air conditioning. In addition, guests are asked to respect the neighbours.
