This holiday house has two apartments. The house is separately situated on a large property at the end of a quiet valley, the Gunzenbachtal, only 2km from the center of the pitoresque town of Baden-Baden. From the house you have a beautiful view on the mountains of the Black Forest. It takes you only a few minutes to the nearby forest from where you can hike on numerous walks. On the other side you will be by car in less than 10 minutes in the centre of town.
Both apartments are120 m2 and have a roomy entrance room (wardrobe) and a large living room. There are three bedrooms. One single bedroom and two double bedrooms. The kitchen is complete equipped with microwave, dish-washer, electric stove and oven etc. The bathroom has a bath and shower. In the basement you find a washing machine and drier. It exists satellite TV and stereo with CD- and DVD-player. Free internet (wireless) is available.

Parking is possible directly at the house.

Suitable for handicapped people: The apartment on the base floor is also suitable for handicapped people. A private way enables you to drive by car in front of the terrace from where you can enter the house without steps and sills.

Pats/Dogs: Dogs or other pats are possibly welcome if agreed. The supplementary charge is € 4,-- per animal and night.

5 star rating: The house is officially rated with the maximum of 5 stars, German Tourism Association (DTV).
