Located in Seefeld in Tirol, the holiday apartment "Haus Excelsior Top 31" is an excellent destination for a vacation with mountain views. The 42 m² accommodation consists of a living-bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a pull-out wall bed, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities on site include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a TV. A communal sauna is also available. You can use a washing machine and dryer in the building for a fee; an iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room.



The apartment features a furnished private balcony where you can enjoy views of the surroundings. The accommodation is only a 5-minute walk from the village center, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. Several ski areas and hiking trails are nearby, and public transport is within walking distance.



Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. A ski storage room and an elevator are available in the building.
