Shared parking is available on the same street. Public transport is easily accessible just a few meters away. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. The house is 25 km from Bari and only 5 km from beautiful Polignano a Mare. Within a 30 km radius, you can visit some of Puglia’s most charming destinations, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli. The picturesque Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Cisternino are part of the Itria Valley. Ostuni, known as the “white city,” is about 40 km away.



In Cozze, during summer, you will find several restaurants and pizzerias, including takeaway options. Just steps from the villa, a beach club with pool, bar, and restaurant is available for an extra charge.
