The villa "Casa Silencio" in Cómpeta is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway with sea views. This two-storey property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A baby cot and high chair can be provided for an extra fee.



The private outdoor area offers a pool (which can be heated upon prior request and for an extra fee), an open terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. Additionally, guests can enjoy a petanque court and a basketball court on the premises.



A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome, and one pet is allowed. Please note that there is no exterior pool shower available and the property does not have a television. Be aware that governmental water regulations may be in effect during your stay, which could impact the use of the pool, garden watering, or tap water usage.
