Agritourism

Our holiday home is located in a secluded area right next to the Lech River. In summer, it’s the perfect starting point for extended hiking or cycling tours. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes directly by the house. The well-known Warth ski resort can be reached in 30 minutes by car or ski bus.

Relax in our beautiful 3,000 m² garden with an outdoor sauna, a wood-heated hot tub, or by the fire pit with a swivel grill.

The living area is rustic and cozy, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The owners’ apartment is located on the ground floor of the house.

For bookings of 1–8 people, the upper floor offers the following rooms:

3 bedrooms (6 beds) + 1 bedroom on the ground floor (2 single beds)
1 kitchen
1 lounge with dining area and sofas
1 bathroom including toilet
Full access to the outdoor area with sauna, hot tub, and much more Amenities:
