You will find 5 bedrooms and 3 living rooms, along with 4 bathrooms. The private kitchen is fully equipped, and the house features air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace to ensure your comfort. You will also find a private jacuzzi, video-on-demand service, fan, 2 high chairs, and 2 cots. Enjoy mountain and sea views from the property.



You can access the private garden, enjoy covered and uncovered terraces, as well as the balcony. The private heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi are ideal for relaxation, and the outdoor shower adds convenience. You may use the private barbecue for outdoor dining and enjoy fresh fruit from the property's orchard.



Shared street parking is available. Pets are allowed. Beach towels are provided, and there is shared space for bicycles, as well as toys and books for children.



A supermarket for daily shopping is within walking distance. It is recommended to visit Las Nieves beach, the El Maipés Archaeological Park, and a local winery in San Pedro. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving, and note that loud noises are not allowed after 10:00 p.m. Events are not permitted.
