The holiday apartment "Lower Apartment 110sqm" in Mönkebude offers you the ideal setting for your stay near the Szczecin Lagoon. The 110 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, and a fireplace.



The highlight of the apartment is the private, covered terrace. Additionally, there is an open terrace inviting you to dine and relax.



The apartment is located in an idyllic village with one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. The Baltic Sea is also easily accessible from here. In the village, you will find restaurants, a bike rental, and sailing opportunities. Public transport is within walking distance.



A parking space is available free of charge on the property. Additional parking can be provided on request (available for a fee). Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed (for a fee). Towels and bed linen can be provided (for a fee).



Smoking is not permitted inside the building but is allowed on the terrace. Please be considerate of the neighbours and avoid noise or loud music. Unregistered guests are only allowed with prior notification.



For safety reasons, electric cars may not be parked on the property. A power fee per e-bike and stay applies.
