The 140 m² villa, with its authentic décor, comfortably welcomes families and friends. It features 4 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, two WCs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living area that opens onto a beautiful covered terrace—perfect for shaded summer meals from breakfast to dinner. Upstairs, a rooftop terrace awaits for sunbathing in privacy.



The enclosed 2,000 m² garden, filled with Provençal plants, is ideal for children and pets. The secure, south-facing pool is surrounded by sun loungers for relaxing afternoons. A large barbecue is available for wood-fired grilling. The pool can be heated in the off-season for extra comfort in spring and autumn.



Located in the peaceful, authentic countryside of Les Arcs-sur-Argens, a charming medieval Provençal village, the villa offers absolute tranquility while remaining close to everything. Nearby: Saint-Tropez (30 min), Nice and Cannes (1 hr), the Verdon Gorges, Côte d’Azur beaches, and picturesque hilltop villages. The Arcs-Draguignan TGV station is 5 km away (car rental available for an extra fee).



Enjoy local Provençal markets and a selection of restaurants nearby. Many activities are available in the area: golf, tennis, horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, sailing, diving, jet skiing, and pedal boating.
