Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed and there is no air conditioning.



Guidelines for proper waste separation are provided upon arrival. There may also be government water usage regulations affecting services such as the pool, irrigation, or general consumption.



The apartment is in a residential neighborhood. According to local regulations, loud music and raised voices are not allowed after 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and after 9:00 p.m. on other days. Please respect neighbors’ rest. Parties and entry of non-registered guests are not permitted. Check-in is not allowed for guests under 25 years old.
