The apartment is located in the center of the village of Canet de Mar, a modernist village on the coast of Barcelona, familiar, quiet and very safe, where you will find supermarkets, stores and restaurants with excellent cuisine.

It is located in a very quiet street, less than five minutes walk from the beach and the endless promenade where you can make pleasant walks listening to the waves of the sea, or sports activities (adapted bike path).

In addition, you can make several hiking trails through the mountains, starting the route from the village and in the direction of El Montnegre and Corredor.

Due to its unbeatable location, you can go sightseeing both in Barcelona capital and in the Costa Brava. You can move comfortably to the center of Barcelona by public transport, (the train is less than five minutes walk from the house and with a high frequency of traffic) or if you have a vehicle you can also visit the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, and that 30 km is already in the city of Lloret de Mar.

We are in a residential neighborhood, where by municipal regulations from 10 pm (Friday and Saturday night) and 9 pm the rest of the days, playing loud music and talking loudly is prohibited on this property. We request you to be considerate with the neighborhood and to avoid unnecessary problems and to enjoy a quiet stay. Thanks for your consideration. Parties are not allowed. People not listed in the booking are not allowed. People under 25 years old cannot do the check in.



There is a municipal parking 2 minutes walk from the property. To be able to park your car, you can book directly there.
