The holiday apartment "Casa Pereta" is located in Magliano in Toscana and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. Part of an ancient house of music, the property consists of a living room, a kitchen (equipped with an induction hob), 1 bedroom, two areas with one bed each, 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a fan. A baby cot is also available.

The holiday apartment also boasts a small and private covered terrace where you can chill out in the evening.

The apartment is located in a typical "borgo italiano" with a restaurant below. It is situated a 25-minute drive from the sea and 40 minutes from the thermal baths of Saturnia. Furthermore, the picturesque villages of Pitigliano and Sorano are 55 km away. In addition, public transport links are located within walking distance.
