The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, which is ideal for children. The well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine and everything necessary for cooking allows flexible self-catering during the holiday.



A special highlight is the generous 35 m² terrace with sea view, equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers - perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying meals outdoors. Sat-TV, WiFi, air conditioning and a safe provide additional comfort. A parking space directly at the property is available.



The accommodation is located quietly in a green environment, the gravel beach is only about 100 m away. Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are nearby, and you can reach the centre with further shopping opportunities and attractions after a few kilometres.



The Pelješac region offers numerous leisure activities such as swimming, water sports, sailing, diving, boat trips, bicycle and boat rentals, as well as wine and olive tastings. Hikes and excursions into nature also make this place particularly attractive for families.



Included in the price are bed linen, towels, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and kitchen towels. The use of air conditioning is possible for a fee. In addition, one-time costs for final cleaning and a deposit, which will be refunded upon departure, will be incurred.
